Uitleg

Deze handleiding is bedoeld voor degene wie een website hebben verkregen via de mail maar niet zeker zijn wat de volgende stappen zijn. We zullen in deze handleiding u meenemen en het stap voor stap uitleggen.

Instructie

Deze stappen zijn nodig om de website af te configureren:

1. Open de mail wat u heeft ontvangen dat de website aangemaakt is
2. Klik op de link van de website
3. Een internet browser opent en opent de website. Dit kan even duren omdat de website nog niet geconfigureerd is. U komt uit op de onderstaande website. Selecteer de taal bij het rood omcirkelde vak, bijvoorbeeld Nederlands zoals aangegeven in de onderstaande afbeelding.

4. Zodra u de taal heeft geselecteerd, drukt u op Doorgaan. Dit is de rood omcirkelde vak in de afbeelding hieronder.

5. In de volgende stap gaat u een aantal velden invullen, in de onderstaande afbeelding staan de velden met rood omcirkeld.

• Site titel: dit is de titel wat bovenaan de website komt te staan.
• Gebruikersnaam: hier moet een gebruikersnaam worden ingevuld wat administrator rechten heeft. Wees voorzichtig met andere mensen deze gebruikersnaam geven.
• Wachtwoord: het wachtwoord wat hier staat aangegeven is een willekeurig gegenereerd wachtwoord. Wij adviseren minimaal een sterk wachtwoord om dit te genereren account veilig te houden. Bewaar dit wachtwoord op een veilige locatie omdat u dit wachtwoord in combinatie met de gebruikersnaam nodig hebt om in te loggen en aanpassingen te maken.
• Je e-mailadres: vul hier uw e-mailadres van uw p-account of s-account in.
• Zoekmachine zichtbaarheid: vink aan als u uw website niet wil laten indexeren door zoekmachines.

6. Zodra u de velden heeft ingevuld kunt u op Wordpress installeren drukken. Hieronder een afbeelding met het rood omcirkelde knop waar u op moet drukken.

7. Het kan even een moment duren maar zodra u een melding krijgt dat het voltooid is kan u naar de website toe gaan. Wij wensen u veel plezier toe met deze website.

These steps are necessary to configure the website:

1. Open the email you received that the website has been created
2. Click on the link of the website
3. An internet browser opens and opens the website. This may take a while because the website has not yet been configured. You will arrive at the website below. Select the language in the red circled box, for example Dutch as indicated in the image below.

4. Once you have selected the propper language, press Continue. This is the red circled box in the image below.

5. In the next step you will fill in a number of fields, in the image below the fields are circled in red.

• Site Title: this is the title that will appear at the top of the website.
• Username: here you must enter a username that has administrator rights. Be careful with giving other people this username.
• Password: the password that is indicated here is a randomly generated password. We recommend at least a strong password to keep this to be generated account safe. Keep this password in a safe location because you need this password in combination with the username to log in and make changes.
• Your email address: enter your email address from your p-account or s-account here.
• Search engine visibility: check it if you do not want your website to be indexed by search engines.

6. Once you have filled in the fields you can press Install WordPress. Below is an image with the red circled button you need to press.

7. It may take a moment but once you get a message that it is finished you can go to the website. We hope you enjoy this website.
